I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for me, walking distance to the train/bus and old town without all the noise. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Karsten gave me excellent ideas for what to do and where to eat while I was in Mostar. He also gave me an overview of the area, pointed out some of the historic sights from the balcony, along with a quick history lesson. Speaking of the balcony, it was the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Mooi ruim appartement. Vriendelijk ontvangst van (Duitse) gastheer, die in al zijn enthousiasme, veel informatie probeert te geven. Wij waren met eigen auto, dus een eigen parkeerplaats was een must. Dit heeft bijgedrage aan de keuze van het appartement; een goede keuze. Oude centrum van Mostar in zo'n 15 minuten te belopen, dus goed te doen.

Nicest place we have stayed at! Spacious, clean, modernized and onsite parking! Even had a washing machine in the unit. Owner was so helpful and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Offered lots of great ideas on things to do, eat and enjoy which we unlikely would not have found on our own. 15 minutes to everything and wonderful Bakery almost next door.

This apartment was fabulous with everything we needed. A supermarket, bakery and pharmacy underneath. Fabulous restaurant downstairs and a short walk to the old town. It’s was also nice and quiet. Our hosts gave us great advice and information and where to walk and where to eat. Highly recommend this property.

There is nothing to not like about this apartment. Location was perfect with a supermarket downstairs, secure parking and easy walking distance to everything that we wanted to visit in the vicinity Host Karsten, greeted us on arrival and farewelled us on departure. He gave us lots of information so that we came away from Mostar feeling happy that we had seen all that our time allowed to get a feel for this lovely city

Excellent location with a good supermarket, restaurants and a large mall just a couple of blocks away. Only a 15-minute walk along a nice commercial area to the old town. The apartment is very spacious, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The private parking was a big plus for us. Karsten, the host, was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us very good recommendations of tours in the area and good restaurants in the city.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt im Haus Solaris in Mostar! Das Apartment ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Die Gastgeber sind ein unglaublich herzliches und zuvorkommendes Pärchen, bei dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Excellent furnishings and creature comforts. Karsten was full of knowledge of the area and highlighted places to visit. He was also very helpful with any correspondence you have via messages. Parking in Mostar appears to be a struggle, but here at least, there was no issue. The Old Town and bridge were within walking distance, no more than 15 minutes. Bars and restaurants are aplenty near the apartment too yet far enough away from any noise at night.

Karsten was an amazing host! He greeted us on arrival and took the time to show us around the brand-new apartment which was equipped with everything we needed and more. He gave us great tips on the best Restaurants, Shops, Tours and some local knowledge and information! zeer schoon appartement! Wasmachine aanwezig, keuken heel goed en super schoon! Heerlijk bed, wij waren zo moe na 9 dagen roadtrip we hebben echt heerlijk geslapen en uitgerust wakker geworden. Locatie top op loopafstand van de oude brug! Mooi uitzicht vanuit de balkon. Lift aanwezig in de appartement! Supermarkt onder de huis, lekker bakker in de buurt! De winkelcentrum met alle winkels op loopafstand. Super lief Host! Legde alles stap voor stap uit en was zeer gastvrij! Hierdoor voelde je gelijk thuis! Kreeg kleinigheidje aan het eind, was superblij mee! Heel attent van hem.

Azra ist eine sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeberin, der es wirklich am Herzen liegt, dass ihre Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Man merkt sofort, dass es für sie nicht einfach nur „Arbeit“ ist sondern, dass sie vielmehr eine Berufung lebt! Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt, mit wertvollen Tipps für die Umgebung und sogar mit heimischen Delikatessen versorgt. Die Verabschiedung fiel ebenso herzlich aus! Reinheit und Ausstattung diesem Haus entsprechen einem 4Sterne Haus! Die Betten sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt , dass wir am liebsten gar nicht weiter gereist wären! Die Zeit war zu kurz, um alles zu erkunden und so werden wir wohl wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren müssen - und dann natürlich wieder dieses Haus wählen. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank für alles!

Karsten heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen. Hij heeft ons geholpen bij binnenkomst, alles in het huis uitgelegd en laten zien. Hij was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons vele tips voor bezienswaardigheden etc. Ze waren altijd bereikbaar en gaven heel snel antwoord op onze vragen. De ruimte was nog mooier dan op de foto’s en het was heel erg schoon. Dit is zeker een appartement dat ik anderen zal aanraden!

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Azra and Karsten’s beautiful apartment. Communications were clear and timely, and Karsten greeted us in person to settle us in. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store, pharmacy and bakery just steps away. We were 20 minutes walk from the iconic Old Bridge, with numerous restaurants along the way. We really appreciate the hosts’ flexibility with check-in and check-out times. All in all, a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend staying at Azra and Karsten’s apartment! We stayed for 6 nights and it exceeded our expectations. It is in perfect location along the Neretva, close to Old Town, and near amenities like bakeries and grocery stores. It was immaculately clean, recently remodeled, and so well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, including a generously sized mini fridge and a dishwasher. The bathroom offers a washing machine, which was much appreciated during our long stay. The furniture is modern, clean, and comfortable. Great AC to beat the Mostar heat. Azra and Karsten were proactive communicators and personally met us at check in to welcome us to the unit. We hope to stay here next time we are in Mostar!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in Mostar at Azra and Karsten’s place. The flat was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable and everything worked as it should. Karsten gave us a comprehensive check in and told us about lots of local attractions and places to eat. These turned out to be very positive and enjoyable. We love Mostar and hope to return - when we do, we would definitely book with Karsten and Azra!
