House rules

 

Dear guests!

Our apartment should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay.

 

By booking the flat, you accept the following house rules and their regulations.

 

General

 

If you find anything missing in the furnishings or if you need help, please contact us in confidence.

All things in the flat or on the balcony or terrace, or belonging to it, may and should be used by the guests.

Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rented property with care.

Also ensure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions, please.

 

Booking

 

For a guaranteed booking we will ask you for your credit card details.

 

Kitchen

 

Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care.

Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put crockery, pots and cutlery only in clean and dry condition.

Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

 

Damage

 

No one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage so that we do not have to wait until after your departure for the final cleaning to discover it.

The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.

 

Airing

 

To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently,

at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, especially after showering.

 

Duty of care

 

The building entrance door should always be closed and the flat entrance door locked with a key when leaving the building. Likewise, all windows are to be closed when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. The resources water and electricity must be used in an environmentally conscious manner. The air-conditioning system and other electrical consumers are to be switched off before leaving the flat, unless you are leaving the house for only a few minutes.

 

Cleaning

 

Should a mishap occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately.

 

  • Please empty the fridge before you leave.
  • Empty the rubbish bins regularly, especially the one in the kitchen because of organic waste.
  • Please note that crockery should only be put back into the cupboards in a clean state.

           The same applies to cutlery, pots and pans and appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.),

  •  No rubbish, food leftovers, hygiene articles, grease or other hazardous liquids in sinks, washbasins, showers or toilets,

            or other hazardous liquids into sinks, washbasins, showers or WCs, as this may result in

            unpleasant blockages may occur.

  • Please do not enter the flat with heavily soiled shoes. These can be taken off in the anteroom by the front door and left there.                                         With clean and dry street shoes, you are welcome to walk around the flat.

 

Quiet hours

 

The flat is located in a building with several residential units. In the interest of good neighbourliness, we kindly ask you to observe the night's rest between 22:00 and 7:00.

 

Internet/WLAN

 

The use of the Internet with your own WLAN-capable end device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's internet use. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. With the conclusion of the tenancy agreement you declare that you agree with the representations just made.

 

Balcony

 

Barbecuing on the balcony is not allowed.

 

Smoking

 

Smoking is not allowed in the flat. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy agreement immediately in the event of any infringement.

 

Pets

 

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

 

Parking facilities

 

A parking space is provided free of charge as part of the rental contract. This does not constitute a custody agreement which means that the landlord is not liable for theft of or damage to vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property or their contents.

Exception in case of intent or gross negligence.

 

House right

 

To avoid damage (water damage, fire, etc.) as well as in case of immediately necessary repairs, that the landlord must enter the flat without the knowledge of the guest.

It is prohibited to celebrate parties or to take commercial photographs in the premises.

Only those persons who are the basis of the confirmed booking are allowed to stay in the flat permanently and to stay overnight.

 

Key

 

You will receive 2 keys from us. Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys has to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs in the amount of 80 KM, alternatively 40 EUR.

 

Liability

 

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). The entrance door is a security door. If it has been locked with the key, a break-in is only possible with immense effort. There is a safe in the large bedroom, which is located in the wardrobe and has been integrated into the wall.

 

Arrival and departure

 

Arrival is by arrangement from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the flat by 10.00 am.

 

On your departure the flat should look as you found it: tidy and undamaged.
